We spend a great deal of our time staying up to date on this market and would love to share some of what we learn with you. oh and if you are from out of town and do decide to take advantage of this rare buyer's market and live this incredible life (even part time). We will pay for your flight and put you up in a really nice place (at least for a night or two). Let us hear your thoughts too.
